I’ve never asked for anything like this before, but here goes:
My sweet 17-year-old cat has been having a really tough year as far as his health goes. While he is now stable and doing great (thanks to lots of daily meds and fluids), he has been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, kidney disease, a heart murmur, and arthritis. It seems like he can likely continue to live a healthy/happy life, but what that means is caring for him has become exceptionally expensive/I’m racking up some pretty significant credit card debt. I adopted this cat when I was 20 and he was 1.5, and he means the world to me.
If anyone feels compelled to contribute to this little guy’s medical costs, your assistance would be super appreciated. I do have pet insurance, which has helped some, but it’s hardly scratching the surface at this point.
I’d love to pull together $3,000 to cover some anticipated costs as well, but any amount you can contribute would be incredibly helpful. I’m doing this via my website so that I don’t have to worry about fees from another platform, and am accepting donations via Venmo.
